This coffee shop was phenomenal! Great food and drinks. We enjoyed the mushroom quiche and cheesecake, raspberry strudel. Staff was kind and accommodating, would definitely recommend.

First time here and I was impressed! I arrived at 9:15 and there were 5-10 people in line. Waitstaff were courteous and quick to share opinions when I asked for advice. Most of what I ordered was seasonal, and I loved all of them! Chili Verde Pulled Pork Donut (5/5 - although I love chili verde so I'm biased, but I was impressed that the meat was moist and tender without getting the donut soggy), the honeycomb donut (4/5 stars), cherry danish (4.5/5 stars - cherries weren't too wet, the creamy/eggy filling was perfect, and the pastry was perfectly flakey). We haven't tried the Black Forest yet, but I'm confident it will be just as amazing! I'd recommend this pastry shop highly to any foodie, this is easily one of the top 5 pastry shops in the Seattle area!

I've been wanting to come to temple pastries for the longest time and finally stopped by on a sunday afternoon! I came around 1pm and was worried that there would be a limited selection since they close at 3pm but there was a lot of options to choose from! I was looking around for a bit and the cashier was helpful in letting me know the weekend exclusives (like the berry cronut) and her personal favorite (honey rhubarb croissant). I ended up getting two things: a 12 oz london fog and the raspberry and rose tart ($14 total). I was a bit disappointed that my tea was served in a to-go cup since I prefer mugs if i'm dining in, but the flavor was really good!!! As for the tart, I got it since it was so pretty but taste wise it was just okay! I didn't really taste the rose. While I was eating, two customers came and asked my thoughts on it but I don't know if I would recommend/ get it again. I love the spacious and artsy feel of this bakery! There's an upstairs as well, but definitely stay downstairs if you want natural lighting. I would come back just for the space itself, but I'm also interested in other pasties!! Overall I was looking for a sweet treat and place to read and definitely found a great space for both here :)

Another great bakery in Seattle to add into your arsenal! I have yet to taste a goodie from this place that I don't absolutely love. I particularly love the pistachio bun thing and their shallot gruyere baked that tastes just like a mini french onion soup danish. SO GOOD and flavorful. I really love the unique flavors at this bakery and I have shared a croissant loaf with a friend in the past but it's really too much for two people to eat over the course of days - I only recommend this if you have a family or a large gathering coming up. There's lots of cute seating here for you to hang out for a little brunch date and it's overall a cozy spot in the neighborhood.

One of my favorite bakeries in Seattle! From croissant to cakes, almost everything I've tried is delicious. I love the kouign amann and cruffins, and I always get a cake or tart to-go for later. I've had good service most of the time, and I've always gotten help with suggestions when I can't decide which cake to try. Also, no tipping is necessary as 10% is included in the sale price. I also enjoy the ambiance, love the sun shining in from the big windows on a sunny day. Great for doing work quietly or chatting with friends. There are seating space on the first and second floor, and a few tables available outside (mostly standing). Tip: Ask for the wifi password and bathroom code

Temple pastries is one of Seattle bakeries that places an effort on using different flours and you gotta love them for it. Everything in their display cases looked beyond scrumptious you have such a difficult time picking out just a few to eat/take home. On this occasion we had a quick bite to eat while we were on the area and grabbed a couple of cortado's and breakfast sandwich but man I wanted that onion and gruyere croissant. Unfortunately my coffee was luke warm at best since I think they were waiting on the breakfast sando to call us to pick up ‍ ah well I'll definitely be back to try some more pastries!

Dropped by on a rainy Sunday around 8 am (absolutely no line!). I ordered a shallot & Gruyère croissant and a vanilla almond croissant togo so I could take them home and reheat them in my air fryer. The shallot + Gruyère croissant was SOO good! It was sooooo flaky and the caramelized shallots were absolutely perfect. I am still dreaming of it!! Whenever I see a store selling almond croissants, I always have to try it. The vanilla almond croissant was okay! It wasn't bad but not as flaky as the other croissant was. I recently moved somewhere nearby so I cannot wait to come back and try the other pastries. These flavors are actually so intriguing. Also there were signs of no pets allowed inside btw (unless it's a service animal)

Where do I start? There is a reason why their stale bread/pastry are gone immediately whenever they post them on toogoodtogo. I came here multiple times either for their "stale" bread, and they still taste super freaking delicious. For their desserts, the apple hazelnut tarts are really their star pasty item you must ordered. The sourness of the apple works wonderfully with the sweetness of the hazelnut base. I also like the fact that they show you the kitchen and how people make the bread. It gives you a sense of authenticity. The only down side is that it is a very pricey place. That's why I got most of their bread items from TooGoodToGo.

This bakery came highly recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint. Everything in the display case looked delicious and tempting, so it was worth it just to try as much as I could knowing I don't pass by this area at all. My favorite items were the cruffin (with rotating flavor fillings) and hazelnut flan (literally was like a giant custard-like egg tart). The honorable mention goes the shallot and gruyère pastry, being the most flavor packed one. This place does a good job at rotating a good portion of the menu too. The only negative was showing up later AM and the line towards the door was moving awfully slow. Nearly a 30-40 minute just to make it to ordering is highly inefficient for just getting pastries alone. I don't understand how one cashier can just be there taking orders and packing too.
